Blood in Urine, left testicle sore, kidney stone

Yesterday, I passed a kidney stone after 7 hours of intense pain, almost microscopic (I've had stones before). Today, my left testicle is killing me, some side pain and there's some blood in my urine. Suggestions for tonight or tomorrow?
