Kidney Size problem, no cysts or stones

i am 55 years old . my right kidney measures 8.5 x 2.7 cms . with cortical thickness 14 mms. left kidney measure 9.4 x 3.8 cms .  with cortical thickness 18 mms. and the urinary bladder is adequately filled with think walls , However no cyst and  stone.

Sir, I am a kidney stone patient and doctor put a dj stent for a month. My suggestion will the kidney stone can removed through that treatment or is there any treatment without surgery since the stone is little bit big in size to washed away by fluides
