the meatus is inflated and red?

The top of the glans where is meatus is "inflated" as in like a lump but a equalised lump. It's also red while the rest of the glans are white so the glans are white and the very tip is like inflated and red is this normal? Funny or not it kinda reminds me of a vagina no pun attended

Swollen Glands in abdomin ??

Im not sure if they are glands, but on each side under my hip bones are two ball-like things under my skin. The right side "ball" has created a big swollen patch in the same area.It hurts when its touched but there is no throbbing. Is this something to worry about?
