I have been one month into puberty and my penis is not growing

I have been 1 month in puberty and my penis has not grown at all I am scared, why isn't it growing.

16 yrs old 3-4 inch fully erected

I’m 16 and my penis size is like 1 inch and 3-4 inch fully erected. I’m 6’0 weight about 240. One thing I think is because of my weight? Not sure but please help me I’m in a relationship and we are getting to that point where we will have sex one day.
