Getting permanent and naturally circumcised

Hi I am 14 and have no pubic hair, I have few armpit hairs, I am 5ft4 and I can't ejaculate. My balls are growing but there are no signs of pubic hair or semen. Any help. Is this normal?

I'm 13.5 and I'm in stage 3.5 in puberty. My penis has grown quite a bit in length  and width and I can ejaculate. However I am only 2.5 inches. Will I grow more and how much more approximately will I grow?
