I'm frustrated and sad because i haven't ejaculated sperm ever

Well i just got 16 and i haven't ejaculated sperm ever.i have only ejaculated semen 3 times. My penis when not hard is about 2 inches and when hard it is about 5 inches. Im frustrated and sad. So could someone help me plz.

I am 14, my Penis Has Not Grown

I'm 14, I have mild hair under my armpits, and on my balls but I still cannot ejaculate, my dick hasn't grown, and my voice hasn't changed. Is this normal at all or what because it really sucks when you're in the locker room and you obviously don't have a bulge at all.
