Hey! I'm 15 and getting 16 this month and I'm 5ft 10inch other side my dad is 6ft half inch. And all my cousins look taller then me and that made me feel down. Can you suggest me some tips to grow taller in days or week? I wanna grow 6ft this year. Cause I can't wait to join Gym and build my body....
