I am 50 yrs old. I have noticed some discomfort and swelling in my right testicle. I don't recall an injury occurring, I am active with hockey and in general and also sexually. What is this most likely an indication of? A hernia comes to mind but is there a more serious problem potentially ?...

i have yellow/pink lumps on my foreskin and they pretty much cover the foreskinthey have never caused any pain or irritation and ive had them as long as i can remember, ive never taken part in intercourse either so i can rule out STI/STD
