14 and on Tanner scale I am stage 4 but my penis hasn't grown for the last 2 years

Im 14 currently and will be 15 in about 4 months. I’m tanner stage 4. My penis is 3” erect and 4.9” girth. It grew when I was about 12 and hasn’t grown since. I am worried if that’s my final size. What is average at my age? Will I grow more?
