I’m 14 and I started puberty maybe when I was 11/12, I have hair everywhere, deepened voice, and my testicals have even gotten bigger, but nothing has even happened to my penis, from when I can remember it has been the same size, why hasn’t it happened? I would of thought it would of at least grown noticeably bigger sine I started when I was 11 and I will be 15 in less than a year.
