Heaviness/Discomfort in right groin

I am a 43 year old male. I'm noticing a heaviness/discomfort in my right groin area in the last 2-3 weeks. Its a sensation similiar to having it wrapped tightly with an athletic bandage or something like that. Anyone experience anything close? Advice?
