Me and my fiancee are planning on having a baby.

My fiancee has been talking about having kids lately and I'm starting to agree with her on it. Um, would it be safe if we don't use a condom for her to concieve. I know that is risky for STDs but what are the odds of getting something because we both want to be safe but we're trying for a baby here.

im 16and now and then my right nipple pretty much becomes flat and is really really sore and itchy and ofcourse sometimes i itch it but then all the skin on it dries and cracks should i be concerned? :-(

25yo male. I have had painful urination/ejaculation for 3 days and now just discovered my lymph nodes in my groin are swollen. I doubt it is an STD, do glands swell for UTI's?
