Hi, I am 13 and 8 months and I have pubic hair on my "fatpad" and a little bit of armpit hair but I still have a high pitch voice and small penis 1.5 in soft and 3.1in hard and its only 1in wide. I am also pretty overweight for my age, I weight 175 pounds. Is this normal :/.

I'm 13 and about 5'9 and 145 lbs (I'm not fat at all it's muscle). When soft my penis size is 4 inches she when hard it's 9-10 inches. Is that big for my age? Will it grow anymore?
