I’m 15 with a 8.5 inch penis but it’s longer than 8.5 it’s between 8.5 and 9 inches. I’m so close to 9 inches and I’m jus 15. Is that normal ... is that big ??

17 and no puberty, I'm coming from the family of late bloomers

I am 17 years old and I haven't hit puberty yet. I come from and family of late bloomers, but this is getting ridiculous. I do have some pubic hair, and can ejaculate. But people always assume I'm 12 or something, and I can't be in a committed relationship because of this. What should I do?
