Penis size for a healthy 13 years old boy? Is my size big for my age?

I'm 13 and about 5'9 and 145 lbs (I'm not fat at all it's muscle). When soft my penis size is 4 inches she when hard it's 9-10 inches. Is that big for my age? Will it grow anymore?
