can mono cause you to miss your period?

i got mono in february and have not gotten my period since. i took a pregnancy test and it was negative. why else wouldnt i have gotten it?

period 2 weeks late, negative pregnancy test results!?!

hi, im 2 weeks late for my period, had 2 negative pregnacy test results, but had sex on the 1st day of my last period, with a condom, which broke, didnt take the morning after pill, anyone got any ideas what this could be?!
