long lasting periods

I give birth 2 my second child on 25/12/2010, i bled for around 3 weeks then stopped for bout 2 weeks. started my 1st period on 10/02/2010 and am still on my period now.that is 21 days and counting. is this normal. bleeding is normal flow??
