15 and still don’t have my period

What's wrong with my periods?

The beginning of this month I had a light period of pink and brown mainly. I had unprotected sex back in November. I had a regular period of mainly red blood back in December. Now after 2 weeks after my recent period I'm spotting brown discharge. Ive took plenty of hpt it always comes out negative....

I been spotting brown for 2 days around my period time don't know what's going on with me. There is no way I'm pregnant never had sexual intercourse. I have cramps and other normal symptoms that comes with menstruations.
