Irregular periods, my cycles are 3-5 months. Do I need to be worried about that?

I'm 17 years old. I had my first period when I was 14 years old. But after 3 more months not sure about it, I missed my period for 1 year. After that I got my period and had it next for about 2 months I think. My period cycles about 3-5 months until now. Do I have to worry about it?

i havent had my period yet i was about a week late took a tests they came back negative for pregnancy, me and my partner had sex the other night and i was bleeding , thought my period came but the bleeding stopped straight after sex, don't no what to think or do now
