abnormal vaginal bleeding

i had my period two weeks ago today and it stoped a week ago today last wednesday i experienced more bleeding and its still going, but its not heavy, only when i wipe,  im worried because im 19 and i had a misscarrage in early june. i dont know why im bleeding again can someone please help me?
