heavy period a week after my previous period finished

I had period Nov. 8-13 it was normal. Then after a week Nov. 20 up until now I got period again and its not normal. I bleed so much like I have to change napkin 2-3 times a day.. Even if its 6-7th day already I bleed so much. I don't feel anything.. But earlier I felt like faint. Please help me :(

I had my period like clockwork last month. But this month I was a week late and then it only lasted for less then 24 hrs. Should I call my doctor? or could this be just a fluke.
