I am on BCP and sexually active. I'm pretty good about taking my pills on time. I was laid off last month from work so theres the stress. heavy period after intercourse

Hi. A few weeks ago, I had protected sex. My period is now not only early, but definitely heavier than normal. I don't have sex often, but the few times that I have, I've noticed that my periods are heavier the next month (and usually late..). Is it normal to have heavier periods after intercourse?

Jelly Like blood during period, can i use tampons?

I get jelly like blood when on my period, and i have recently dicovered that it is normal, but i am curious to know wheather you canm still use a tampon when you get jelly like blood, i havent yet tried one and i just want to make sure that the clots arent going to slip past my tampon.
