Two periods in just 10 days time span

Hi, I'm 13 years old and have been getting periods since I was 11. I'm really worried because my last period was only 8/9 days ago and I'm on one again. I've also been experiencing cramps abd bubbly discharge. Does anyone know what this means?? Thanks.
