My period hasn't stopped

Ok so I'm 22 my period has been going for almost a month now it goes from heavy to light I've had a lot of blood clogs Idk what to do or think of this. Every morning and night it's like I'm cramping but it's very very intense. Any advise on what's going on?? Should I go to the doctor?

Bleeding after making love. Should be on my period.

So I am supposed to be on my period... But I am only bleeding after I have sex... It has happened the last 3 times having sex over the past week.. Each time I have thought that I was starting my period only for it to later stop. Note: this isn't light bleeding its pretty heavy.
