Dark blood almost black

I have been having the "depo shot" for months now and always get it before its due so there is no chances of periods or pregnancy. today a month after my last shot I've starting getting bad cramps and almost black coloured heavey periods. have no idea what is going on and goggle is no help.

Short, light, dark period

Pst 2 months my piriod has been very short and light only last like 2 or 3 days and it's only when I wipe but the blood its really dark. I'm starting to get worrie not sure if this is normal never had this problem before. Anyone having this ploblem?
