brown stained  undies everyday! i clean and wash but nothing helps even after going to the doctor. my underwear needs bleaching or else i have to toss them. colored underwear gets stained so much they appear to get bleached by the discharge. also i have frequent stomach pain....

I am pretty sure it is my period, my stomach hurts and I am feeling sick

Ive just started and im pretty sure its my period. It came in a gooey, red gell I guess you could call it. Butfrom my underwear line to my belly button, my stomach hurts. And I feel slightly sick. Im assuming this is natural? Not an eemergency situation but some help would be nice. Thanks!
