I have been off my period for more then 2 weeks but last week I had a spotting of blood

I have been off my period for more then 2weeks. But last week I had a spotting of blood.... But then it went away.. Now again it is happening.. What is this ... I'm scared. It is like a brownish red smells like blood and is stringy ... Help plz I'm 17 .

So I had my first Depo shot ever in December because I was sexually active. I only had one more shot after that in March before I decided the side effects outweighed the benefits. It wore off around the time of May 22- June 5th, but I've had my period since May! Four months! I don't know what to do...
