My period has been irregular lately. I hadn't had it for 7 months, and I just started today. I run, exercise, eat healthy, but i am a little overweight, weighing at about 160 lbs at 5'4"-ish, but most of it is muscle, and I'm 14. The doctor didn't say anything about it and just told me it was a vitamin d deficiency. I would like to know if something's wrong with my hormones or if I need to lose weight.
