Unbearable breast pain and cramps 6 days after my period

I usually have irregular cycle but this cycle was unusual to the others did'nt get any tenderness in my breast as i normally do and i had a light flow but my blood was dark red to pink. Now that my cycle has finish 6 days now i'm having cramps and painful breast and very moody.Is this normal?

How long does it take for periods to become normal and regular after an abortion? I had an abortion 9 months ago and my periods are not coming every 28-30 days like they were before the abortion. They seem to be coming later and I have even missed a month.
