Very painful mentrsual cycle with mucus

I started my period today and it seems very different than usual. I usually always have the same symptoms where I have the discharge about a week before hand and then spot for a day or two. Took Bactrim for 10 Days Due to abcess

Prescribed Bactrim 800 mg for 10 days due to an abcess on Jan 6, 14. Now 4 days late. And Im feeling fatigued, sleepy, and a little foggy.
