No menstruation

I am 28 yrs. old and have only ever had 1 period naturally. my doc. put me on birth control at 17 to start my periods, i quit taking them at 20, and no more periods. I had one naturally at 23, and that was the last time. What could be wrong? Will I be able to have kids?

Second Period in one month!

abnormal dark bleeding
