well I just found out I have this problem too :-( I finally decided to start jogging...didnt make it that far..just a beginner..it hapened about an hour after..I was a little confused. Im healthy...well I like to think that I am...I'm happy I found this site....although I am still a little confused as to why? Ill try again tomorrow see if it happens again...
