no concern needed

you should not be concerned about what is occurring... its normal for your blood to darken as whats coming out as your period comes to an end is old blood....clots are normal most if not all females get them....and some girls get cramps that are mild others more severe .... heat compress works...

Hello, well i been off the patch for a month now i got my period when i was suppose to but couple of days later i got it again it only lasted 2-3 days and it was light. Ok that was over and after a few days i started spotting is this normal or is it because of the patch.
