I've been on Microgynon 30 for 6 months and today (friday), 5 days before my last pill is due to be taken (wednesday), my period has started.  This has never happened before - I normally start on the Saturday, 3 days after I take my last pill. I w as 5 days late of my period. Day 6 i seen like watery pink on the toilet paper but not in my underwear.
