light bleeding and birth control

I have been on birth control for a month then stoped when i got my period, everything was normal but i had light bleed two days after my period ended. I also did start my bithcontrol again on time could that have something to do with the extra bleeding

donated plasma for one year and now even 5 months later the bleeding from periods is massive.

I always had rough periods but I donated plasma from June 2009 to July 2010...And still today my periods are massive.It runs anywhere from 10 to 21 days.Use to it ran around 10 days or so. But now it is massive and the clots just pour out.Is there a medicine one can take to control this?
