Am I close to my period? I saw some light brown spotting when I wiped myself

Hi I'm 13 years old and I have a question about my period. So today I woke up and went to the bathroom and when I wiped I saw my underwear had a small tint of really light brown. Does this mean my period is coming? I'm not having cramps nor am I having mood swings. Help please!

Okay , so my period was seven days late last month. I know this because I have a period tracker. I had a full seven day period so I thought everything was fine. Now my period is 2 days late. It's really weird.
