No period for a year and Discharge

Ok, so I'll be 14 in two months. I had my last and first ever period 1 year ago. When I did have it there was no cramps or nausea. Ever since, i've been having goo-ey white discharge (not clumpy) out of my vagina. I am NOT pregnant. I'm kinda worried...do I have some kinda cancer???

My daughter is contemplating having a novasure procedure. I wonder where the flow of monthly period blood goes to if it is not released. It is my understanding that after this procedure, a woman continues to ovulate. Therefore does the fluid remain in the body? Would really appreciate some help...
