stopping the pills after 3 months and my period is still missing, I am having some spotting

hi! I stopped to pill last March, and I had my period last April and May, then today June my period is not yet coming and I've been experiencing headache and spotting, I just took a pregnancy test yesterday and it is negative. does anybody know what is this I'm experiencing?

i had a half day menstruation for 2 consecutive months (may 6, 2018 and june 5, 2018)
