Spotting after sex

My girlfriend ended her period on Sunday, we had sex on the Tuesday right after her period. We used a condom but it might have broke! On wednesday and thursday she noticed some spotting. Can she be pregnant?

Irregular period, blackish blood two weeks after normal period.
