About three months ago I took my birth control for a week longer than usual so I didn't get my period that week. The week before that I had unprotected sex with my bf (we only do it once a month). The week after the extended week I got my period and it was my normal period/withdrawal bleed. I went to the doctors a few days later to get prescriptions and my doctor told me to take the two weeks left in my new packet then take the three weeks of another packet then the pill free week to guarantee protection. But after I started doing this after my normal period/withdrawal bleed I started to feel really bloated and my stomach has been gurgly and I haven't been eating as much (or can't stomach as much even though I feel hungry). The sides of my breasts were sore for the five weeks I took the pill. I haven't felt too nauseous but I take medication to stop the nausea caused by having too much stomach acid. I also haven't been overly tired and I don't nap during the day and I stay up until 12-1 at night. My lower stomach around my belly button feels hard when I press like I have a large mass or lump there and that area around my belly button is also noticeably sticking out more than it used to. It also hurts when I press. My breasts are not any bigger and my nipples are no darker but I noticed that they are more erect during the day. At night they are flat. So for three months I have had these symptoms. I have had one normal withdrawal bleed and two weeks ago I had my second which was very dark (almost black) and thick and seemed to have flakes of flesh or clot in it. It lasted for about three days of having a lot of mass then for another five days it was a lot less but still leaving marks in my underwear. My next withdrawal bleed is due in about a month but I am concerned that I may be pregnant despite two withdrawal bleeds. I was just wondering if it it possible? I take my pills accurately and have never had a problem. I'm not sure if these problems are caused by my menstrual suppression, pregnancy or possibly something else like a tumor or Candida. I should also note that in the morning my stomach seems flat and feels okay but at night it sticks out and feels worse. I have also noticed that no matter how much I drink my urine seems really dark orange/yellow and I haven't had to pee more than usual. Please help! It's been three months and the only difference is that my breasts do not hurt at all and lately I've felt more hungry than usual. I thought it was just side effects to taking the pill for five weeks instead of three but it hasn't gone away.
