Both 2 recent menstration periods lasts only a day each.

I'm in my late twenties, just started family planning right after the last period (which was only heavy one the first day of menstration, but really thins out on the second day). The following menstration also lasted one day.... Could it be due to stress? Or maybe i'm pregnant?!
