Hello,

I'm new here! Here's my thing: For a month and a half I didn't have my period at all, then today, something resembling my period started up. It started in the morning as a dark brown discharge, and at the end of the day it was spotty red blood. It's been going back and forth since then. Just very light and spotty. Very unlike my normal period, which is normally moderately heavy and dark red blood.

Also, I've been having some fairly major (especially today) cramping (and I *never* have cramps). I have been severely nauseous for the past three weeks (and I went to the doctor's office today where she confirmed that I am not pregnant currently) Could it be that I had a miscarriage, or is something else to blame? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
