Frequint Periods?

Since I had a lobor a year ago I have this problem with too frequint periods that occurs almost on every 3 weeks or even earlier. I expected that my period would normalize soon after the labor but still a year after I have frequent periods. Is there anyone with some good idea of how to fix it?
