How do i get my period to speed up?

Im waiting for my period to come. And i have a school dance that is on the 10 which is around the time my period ends. Everymonth it comes a couple days eairler but how can i make sure that its gone intime?

irregular periods

My period at times last 2 weeks and I will only have a few days in between my periods. The flow is extremely light and the the blood is a dark red maroon color. Is this normal or should I be concerned?
