ONCE A YEAR I GET MY PERIOD

   I was 17 when I first got my period it only last for 4 days. As I got older  it last  10 days or less  I am little overweight   the doctor say everything look normal I now 22  but noting has change I still  only have  period once a year.My  family say I need to go on birth control....
