i hear most people say if you have painful menstrual cramps, it means during labor ur pain will be as painful as ur cramps. How true is this myth?

Early bleeding with no clots?? Help

I'm 26 and have had irregular periods for about 8 years now. In May I was 3 weeks late and now I'm bleeding with no clots at least a week before I'm due to start.
