Could I blame SLE for my miscarriage?

I am 29 years old. I was pregnant for the first time, but I had miscarriage last week. I just can't believe that it is happening to me. During my pregnancy I am diagnosed with SLE. I did not know that I have this terrible thing. Now my baby is gone. Could I blame SLE for my miscarriage?

hello all it's been 2 weeks since i had a m/c and i 'm still bleeding even while i was pregnant i was spotting so all together it's been 2 months of bleeding my question is when will it stop if any body knows or had gone through it or is please write back. thanks :-D

does drop in hcg levels indicate miscarriage?

My very good friend is in the 6th week of pregnancy and her tests showed drop in levels of hcg. She was very worried as she couldn't stay pregnant for some time and she is afraid that she may loose a baby. I would like to know if drop on hcg level indicate miscarriage.
