Tendon in arm pulsating !! it is confined mostly to my forearm, appearing to stop at the elbow

I have, what I believe to be a tendon in my left arm that is, and has been, "pulsating"continuously now for 2-3 months..it is confined mostly to my forearm, appearing to stop at the elbow or "elbow to wrist"...no pain at all..my ared to doctor, gp, thinks it is probably a tendon also but didn't know...

Left lower back pain. heat, ice and tens unit didn't help

I have what feels like a baseball in my lower left muscle back .heat ice tens unit ..nothing takes pain away.dr says muscle but its been 3 weeks and hurts like heck. Cannot feel any lump at all..any advice would be appreciated  Tks.

I suffer from RA, fibromyalgia, ulcerative colitis and chronic bronchitis. I am 67 years old and stopped taking ERT about 5 years ago. Would it help my chronic pain if I started back on the ERT? COuld it help me with fibromyalgia pain relief?
