Upper leg aches

Lately my upper legs have been aching a good deal of the day. I have RLS and take Requip at light before I go to bed, but this ache is something new. It doesn't bother me if I'm moving around, but once I sit down, it starts up. I'm wondering if this is a new sympton of RLS or something...

Knot on back of thigh

Hello - I have a knot on the back of my thigh that is causing extreme pain from my left hip to my left leg. I tried acupuncture, deep tissue massage, and stretching (IT band to paraformis muscle) but nothing is helping. It's almost paralyzing me at times. Can anyone help?? PM

Possible pulled muscle that ice and heat packs alternatingly aren't helping. Neck pain and shooting pains down left arm. My only comfortable position is left arm held high over my head. Ib profen, acetonephen, and excedrin extra strength, no change, no relief. Help?????
