my left arm is thinner, less fatty ,and less muscular than my right arm 

is it because of masturbation ? and how can i recover and equal my both arms ?

moreover i noticed that my left arm has more nerves or blood vessels iam not sure but i feel that they are blocking my left muscles from growing
