I have a pulled superior gemellus and My doctor said there was really nothing he knew of that he could do to make it better so I have been trying to find something out about it, and the 20-30 textbooks I have found have said something to the effect of it won't ever get hurt, so don't worry about learning about it. And it has been debilitating I have been unable to walk long (more than 50 yards) distances, without major pain, for more than 4 months now. So I stumbled on this sit through my searching and decide I would give it try. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
